Board-level Digital Telecom Engineers with circuit design experience to work with mixed signal products.
Must have CSU or NIU experience using DS1, DS3 or SONET (STS-1 through OC-12) background along with: Ethernet ATM and Frame Relay EPLDs, FPGAs or ASIC's Or other off-the-shelf devices Must have demonstrated ability to do board level design from concept through to production and be able to work independently. Desired electronic design tool knowledge includes: View logic schematic capture and simulation VHDL Synopsys Xilinix XACT ABEL

Looking for a strong personality with good people skills.
Must be a good communicator, strong leader and motivator with a minimum of 5-10 years IC development project and program management experience.
Capable of managing 4 to 8 complex projects with more than 6 people per project.
Candidates must have experience with sub micron and deep sub micron design tools and methodologies, analog and mixed signal experience.
Circuits should include >200K gate examples. Marketing and some experience in a manufacturing position a plus.

System Verification Engineers
In these positions you will develop system simulation environment for high performance ATM cell processor. You will also develop regression test strategy for SAR application in embedded OS environment, write test specifications and develop test software. You will work closely with ASIC and board designers as well as firmware applications staff.
Your background should include:
BSCS or equivalent 3+ years experience in: Developing simulation and test strategies. Developing and debugging simulation software.
Experience with ASIC intensive projects. Use of simulation tools. Proficiency in C and embedded OS environments.

Physical Design Engineer
(Analog/Mixed signal)
You will be responsible for detailed manual layout of Analog or Mixed Signal IC's in CMOS, BiCMOS or Bipolar technologies. Knowledge of Analog specific layout issues such as device matching, metal voltage drops and signal integrity is a must. Your experience must include the running and debugging of LVS and DRC verification as well a L-Edit layout tools. 3+ years directly related experience is required.

Foundry Liaison Engineer
Foundry Engineers needed to interface to off-shore and domestic silicon foundry suppliers. The major responsibilities for these positions are technical co-ordination between: foundry and internal design device and production groups during evaluation and prototyping pre-production phases.
These positions require a BS degree plus four years experience with sound knowledge of silicon manufacturing technology of CMOS and/or Bipolar processes. Familiarity with physical design, tape-out and mask making procedures a plus.

Physical Design Engineer
(Floor planner)
In these positions you will be responsible for Interface between design and layout groups to develop floor plans for large digital and mixed-signal ASICs. You should be skilled and knowledgeable in logic synthesis tools, back-end layout tools and data exchange formats for net lists/physical design information. These positions involve the design and development of the next generation of ASIC's. This includes design, simulation, verification and fault-grading of this design. Physical Verification Engineer
You will be responsible for the physical verification of the chips and libraries as well as the generation, release and maintenance of the rule sets for DRC, ERC and LVS. Your expertise is Cadence's Dracula or Avanti's Vericheck tools suite will be needed. You should also be able to bring solutions to problems of deep sub microns. A MS with 4+ years experience will qualify you for one of these positions.

IC Production Test Engineer
RF, Mixed-Signal and Digital Test Engineers are needed to develop complete wafer and final test solution for wireless communications. A strong technical background in at least one of these areas and 3+ years experience in production test development is required. You should also be familiar with Synchromaster, A-585 series or Delta master testers. Coordination with third party test houses in the US and Asia is required. IC Layout Manager Responsibilities will include managing the activities of IC layout group by providing scheduling & technical support to the layout group and to the IC design community. Candidates will work closely with design groups in development of new products, resource allocation and project scheduling. Must have AS degree with 8-10 years experience working on CMOS VLSI layout projects and using 3 or more layers of metals in a micro-processor project.
